Reporting to the People & Culture Business Partner Lead and working closely with the other People and Culture Business Partners, you will work autonomously within your own business portfolio in this purely HR Generalist role. Providing support to the wider organisation, you will consult and coach the on a range of employee and industrial matters, learning and development, workforce planning, organisational initiatives and so much more! The core purpose of this role is to be a customer-centric provider of best practice people management advice, coaching and supporting our managers in the delivery of services through their people. This role is a maternity leave contract through to 31st May 2025. We’re looking for a contemporary HR practitioner who thinks at both a strategic and operational level and is comfortable moving between the two to meet the needs of the business in a dynamic environment. You are a confident communicator, know how to build productive relationships at all levels of the business and are comfortable with consulting a wide variety of stakeholders including senior leadership. You are a problem solver and love a challenge. You can see the big picture and translate vision into action and know how to influence others to get results.
