Project Officer - Facilities Management
  • Full time ongoing position with Monthly RDO
  • Band 6 salary range from $82,922 to $89,577 per annum plus statutory superannuation

The Role

The Facilities Maintenance Project Officer (Band 6) will be responsible for stakeholder management, design, tendering, construction, commissioning and coordination and control of projects including management of external consultants, principal contractors, and contractors, ensuring that safe operating procedures are a priority.  

As a project officer, you will be given the autonomy and independence to manage the full lifecycle of a diverse range of projects. You will also work in a team first culture that promotes high employee engagement, cooperation, and collaboration. 

About You

We are looking for a candidate who can assist with construction coordination work in accordance with plans and specifications, within the agreed time limits and specified budget.

As a passionate strong worker and clear communicator, you have a high attention to detail, impeccable personal & professional standards and a passion for building & design.

Your track records show a broad range of interpersonal, client & construction management skills and the ability to deliver projects on time and on budget through clear and effective communication.
