We currently have exciting opportunities for customer focused individuals to join our Customer Experience team at Ballarat Aquatic and Lifestyle Centre. Customer Experience Officers are our frontline staff who will deliver service quality that exceeds the expectations of our customers. To succeed in this role you will gain a thorough understanding of all programs that are run at the centre and will help to match these programs and benefits to the unique needs of each of our customers. The successful candidates will possess excellent communication and customer service skills and will enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment. We are looking for individuals who are available to work a broad range of hours across centre opening hours: - Monday to Friday 5.30am to 9.00pm
- Saturday: 5.30am to 6.00pm
- Sunday: 7.30am to 6.00pm
However, we are predominantly seeking availability between 4.00pm - 9.00pm Monday to Friday as well as weekends is preferable. This is a band 3 classified role, starting rate $29.74 per hour plus casual loading and 10.5% super.
