About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced professional to work as part of the Libraries and Lifelong Learning team. In this role you will lead a team of 12FTE to provide customer focussed, innovative and effective library and learning services for the community.
The Ballarat Library is currently being redeveloped to transform into a reenergised, contemporary and larger space for the community to use. You will lead the team through this period of change, in preparation for the delivery of library services in our new library!
The position manages the daily operations of the Ballarat Library, provides professional and responsive customer services and strategically develops innovative practices to deliver exceptional lifelong learning experiences across all service points focusing on individual and community wellbeing.
