The role

We are currently seeking two (2) enthusiastic and dynamic Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educators to join Council’s Wendouree Children’s Centre established team. The positions would suit experienced educators who can work collaboratively within a team and are passionate about excellence in Early Childhood Education and Care.

About you

The successful applicants will be Diploma qualified and have an understanding of the Children’s Services Regulations and Early Years Frameworks.

With a genuine interest in meeting the needs of children and their families you will demonstrate an ability to support a holistic approach to the care, education and development of children that reflects an awareness of the wellbeing of children in your care.

Strong interpersonal skills and an understanding of and respect for diverse social and cultural values and attitudes in relation to caring for children are crucial skills we’re looking for in the successful applicant.
